Print the Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen Checklist and use as a reference guide for completing the necessary paperwork for the state pageant.

Please save on your computer and update your checklist with dates you either emailed or mailed documents to State Board Members. Please type in the information into each document. We will not accept handwritten documents. Pay attention to directions including how many copies of each document are required, whether or not it needs to be notarized, and to whom it is to be sent. If you have questions, please see your local director.
