2011-2012 Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen Local Pageant Requirements and Forms
The National Platform for the Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen and Miss America's Outstanding Teen Organization is the Children’s Miracle Network. Teens do not have to raise money for CMN to compete in a Miss Nevada 's Outstanding Teen Local Pageant. However, if you want to fundraise money for this wonderful Organization, you must first register on the CMN Teen Website. It is important to note that Teen Contestants have a different website than Miss Contestants. Please ensure you access the Teen Website.
To administer the CMN fundraising, each contestant must do the following:
1. Create your personal web page on the CMN Teen Website (see the CMN Registration below for details).
2. Raise funds for CMN.
3. Print out proof of money raised to bring with you to give to the Local Executive Director. If you are personally donating to CMN by check, please make the check out to CMN (not the local pageant) and mail it at least 2 weeks before the Local Pageant. Credit Card donations show immediately. Please note: Please make your final Credit Card donations 24 hours before the Local Pageant so CMN's computer posts the amount correctly. If possible, please try to avoid bringing a check with you the day of the pageant. There is a CMN paper check form to be given to anyone who wishes to mail in a check. Please print it out and give to your potential donor(s). Please find it listed below.
To enter a Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen Local Pageant the following items are required:
1. Teen Contestant Resume - 6 copies
2. Teen Contestant Platform Issue Statement - 6 copies
3. Teen Contract - 2 copies - Note: this contract is provided by the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Organization; you must complete this contract to compete at the local level.
4. Local Application To Compete - 1 copy to be emailed to

5. Photos (contact each local pageant for their photo requirements)

After completing the forms, print them, make copies, and use them to enter local pageants. No handwritten forms will be accepted.
